The Sales Operations Capital Contractor role will support the Capital Equipment team and the Urology Commercial Data Solutions team in data preparation & auditing of historical program data for future automated reporting.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Partnering with various cross functional partners to identify data needs for creating a centralized database utilized to drive reporting and analytics
- Validating historical Capital Sales Program data with great attention to detail
- Data auditing and cleansing for accurate future reporting needs
- Effectively communicating to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales.
- Detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- College degree: data and analytical fields preferred
- Years of work experience: not required
- Proficiency in using Tableau Desktop / Server
- Strong knowledge within SQL & Microsoft Access
- Experience navigating Salesforce CRM platform
- Familiar with SAP (ERP System)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Work setup: Hybrid in Marlborough, MA. 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday & Friday).
