Pharmcare USA is seeking a Nurse Consultant in NC !
Essential Functions:
- RN License in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Knowledge of State, Federal, Local, ACHC, and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate clinical programs that will meet the need of the community served.
- Ability to teach, train, and empower staff to implement the clinical service process in the facility setting.
- Complete LHPS, Licensed Health Professional Support Assessments as required and conduct necessary training.
- Self-directed with excellent time management skills and able to work independently
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Ability to get to the job site.
- Will comply with all Corporate Initiatives and utilize provided tools/resources as appropriate.
Qualifications
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to travel to locations; may require occasional evening work
- Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time;
- Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person;
- Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others;
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping;
- Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time;
- Must be able to tolerate normal office environment and exposure to various medications
