Here’s Some Of What Needs To Be Done

• Manage a full-stack Agile development team of five to ten engineers.
• Create or facilitate the creation of epics/stories in Jira, track epics/stories from the Sprints in Agile process and manage the backlog.
• Plan and manage Agile ceremony management.
• Interface with Tech Leads and Directors of Software Development and Testing.
• Report on issues, risks, actions, and burndown.
• Ensure quality at every step.
• Capture, understand, and document technical debt.
  
  

And What It’ll Take To Get It Done

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• 3 years of experience leading an Agile team.
• Proven success managing customer-facing deliveries.
• Previous experience creating user stories (or similar) in Agile framework.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Predilection for time management.
• Past experience managing an IT budget of $1 million or more.
• Leadership and accountability at the director level.
