We are looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Lake Zurich, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality dishes.
As a lead line cook at phase three brewing company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will be preparing food using recipes and menu items created by the head chef and help keep the kitchen running smoothly to prepare our dishes, and assisting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the brewery's food service. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, food knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, etc.
Compensation : $22-$24 / hr depending on experience
