Responsibilities :

This position requires you to work with our sales / marketing / engineering teams along with customers, prospects and partners, to define, prioritize and manage the roadmap and full product life cycle of CxCommerce, our cloud-based customer experience platform. Your responsibilities will include :

Assist with product collateral developed for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

Meet with customers, prospects, and partners, and be the primary product expert within the company as well as demonstrate the product for prospective customers

Own and manage the complete product life cycle and work collaboratively to establish a compelling vision and product strategy

Lead product-focused, cross-functional teams from across the company

Define the key requirements and features for new capabilities and ongoing improvements, working closely with Engineering

Analyze and prioritize market opportunities and perform competitive market analysis

Represent PhaseZero at select industry forums and conferences

Qualifications :

10 years of experience in product management

Deep knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to interface successfully with stakeholders / customers in critical and challenging conversations

Experience meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing needs

Demonstrated success building cross-functional relationships in a dynamic, global environment

Proven leadership experience in building and developing teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Know how to work with customers and articulate their challenges

Functional knowledge of ecommerce, supply chain, and order management

Requirements : Education

Bachelor’s in computer science or associated field

10 years of experience in Product Management

Experience working closely with customers, prospects, and partners

Experience with supply chain, CRM, and other enterprise business systems
