We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store operates smoothly while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations including administrative tasks, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and optimize product placement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining cost control measures.
• Drive customer traffic with in-store clinics and events beyond the four walls of your shop that engage with local riders and folks in the community who are curious about starting a cycling journey!
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in wireless sales and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the store environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is essential.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in inventory control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
