A privately held, employee owned corrugated packaging company is looking to hire an Account Executive to join their East TN Division. The company has 10 manufacturing facilities with products including custom-designed corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays, point-of-sale packaging along with fulfillment and logistics.
The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business, achieving sales goals, and expanding account penetration within an assigned sales territory. This role requires identifying packaging solutions for new and existing accounts by leveraging the company's resources. Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business and meet / exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and prospect lists.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and packaging audits.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and pricing details.
- Utilize company CRM tools (PORT, ZOHO).
- Visit customers, evaluate needs, and promote additional services.
- Work closely with the Design Team to create value-added solutions.
- Travel to company's plants, customer sites, and trade shows.
