We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing Medical clients team.

Remote with onsite / virtual training. Work from home position after training completion!

1 Year Call Center Experience Required

Bilingual English and Spanish Required

High School Diploma

Answer billing / claims questions

Resolve claim issues for members

Assist with pharmacy questions

Verify member eligibility
