Job Overview :
We are seeking a strong, Controller ready for their next career move to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the CFO and play a critical part in our accounting operations, overssing AP / AR, payroll, and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and thrive as a senior-level contributor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processes.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership on accounting operations and projects.
- Provide expertise in using and optimizing NetSuite (a big plus).
- Work closely with teams in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
