Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients with developmental disabilities.

- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as needed.

Requirements:
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care or a related field.

Work Arrangements:
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts, days only.
