About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support Oracle HCM solutions. You will play a key role in transforming HR processes, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the successful adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business units to understand processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, etc.).
- Solution Implementation: Lead the configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Business Analysis: Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and propose system enhancements to optimize HR operations.
- Data Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Oracle HCM data to support data-driven decision-making.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT, document issues, and track resolutions to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Data Migration: Support data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transitions.
- Training & Support: Create training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst or Consultant, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, etc.) and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- System Integration & Data Migration: Proven experience with system integrations, data migration, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications are a plus.
