Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst 100% onsite 5 days per week
Senior Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, collaborating with HR, IT, and business units. Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to translate HR processes into system requirements. Configure, customize, test, and implement Oracle HCM solutions. Analyze business needs, perform gap analysis, and suggest improvements. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM data. Conduct user acceptance testing and track issue resolution. Support data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Qualifications &

Skills: 3-5 years as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud. Expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (preferred). Required Technical Skills: Oracle HCM & HCM Cloud Implementation.
