Human Resources Business Partner
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, overseeing HR lifecycle initiatives such as performance management, talent development, employee relations, succession planning, and compensation. We are looking for someone proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently executing HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations to provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Offer coaching and consultation to leaders on talent strategies, fostering a culture of continuous development and engagement.
- Introduce best practices to enhance HR processes and drive business outcomes through innovative human capital strategies.
- Advise management on complex employee relations issues, recommending appropriate courses of action.
- Support succession planning and long-term workforce strategies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Collaborate with leadership to shape an HR strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Maintain insight into employee morale and workplace challenges, offering solutions to improve engagement and retention.
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Thought Leadership & Training:
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends and recommend solutions.
- Guide executives in translating business objectives into talent strategies that reinforce company culture.
- Serve as a resource for employees, offering guidance on workplace concerns and career development.
- Design and deliver training programs on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Collaboration & Analysis:
- Lead and manage key HR projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to implement initiatives that support both immediate and long-term objectives.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, develop solutions, and drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of HR business partner experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with at least 5 years in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong project management skills, capable of driving HR initiatives from planning to execution.
- Ability to navigate sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, aligned with the company’s core values.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and hold all levels of the organization accountable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
