We are working in partnership with a market leading professional services firm - to find their new HR Business Partner.
The international team are niche specialists, having built an inclusive and innovative culture. Operating in over 50 countries, and a growing client list of household brands, their sustainable growth requires a collaborative and assertive HR Business Partner to bring strategic direction to both the people agenda and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a leader and role model for the business values - providing best practise HR and recruitment advice.
- Partner and collaborate with senior managers and to drive a positive culture, enabling personal accountability.
- Support and coach the leadership team on all people related activities.
- Have full ownership of talent management, performance, engagement, learning & development, operational HR, reward and recruitment projects.
- Build and maintain strong, professional global relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, labor laws and international employment law changes.
- Collaborate on global projects, ensuring that local views are embedded.
- Understand the needs of the business, recruiting the best people in the market to build a business that always delivers excellence.
- Manage the budget for people related activities.
To be successful:
- A genuine business partner, experienced in all generalist aspects with high emotional intelligence.
- A great balance of empathetic and commercial - naturally understanding the nuances between the needs of our people and the business.
- Track record of leading transformation.
- Solution focussed and assertive.
- Able to be in the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Experienced in leading HR activities in a global matrix.
- Highly confident, resilient and able to bring process - whilst bringing trust, transparency and respect.
Salary approx $140-150k.
