We’re seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to work with middle school students in Kingston, NH. Must hold a NH Licensure.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs
- Provide direct support to students in both general education and special education settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt lessons and ensure inclusion
- Track and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs
Education & Qualifications:
- Must hold a New Hampshire Special Education Teaching License
- Experience working with middle school students, particularly in special education, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's in special education or related field, Master's preferred
