The first project will be managing website redesigns for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic planning abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This person will be responsible for project planning and execution, team leadership and coordination, risk management, budget and resource management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define & lead multiple IT projects from initiation & planning to project completion
- Ensure project milestones & deadlines are met and communicated
- Monitor progress, formulate, and effectively convey IT project timelines and budget
- Facilitate regular standup/team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Identify roadblocks and develop risk mitigation and avoidance efforts
- Communicate with stakeholders, including IT leaders, external vendors, and executive leaders
- Direct & manage resources (time, people, money) in an effort to advance projects effectively
- Gather, analyze, and report IT metrics through continuous improvement efforts
- Develop and implement assurance checks and audits to ensure quality standards are met
- Possess a strong technical background, including knowledge of software development, network infrastructure, and IT architecture. Proficiency in project management tools and project management software is required
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments, teammates, and stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
- Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative working environment
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills including analyzing project data & metrics
- Adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Four-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience of providing a high level of customer service
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications (PMP - Project Management Professional or Agile-certified) are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
