Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive guidance and outstanding customer service to chapters, with a focus on growing memberships, supporting contributions to national and state programs and organizational Mission priorities.
- Identify and develop prospects for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s fundraising campaigns, fostering relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Establish new chapters and strengthen existing ones, building dynamic volunteer committees committed to advancing our mission.
- Collaborate with chapters to enhance the efficiency and impact of fundraising events
- Maintain regular, motivational communication with chapter leaders, keeping them informed and inspired about the organization’s mission, initiatives, and goals.
- Work with colleagues to develop and deliver a unified message about our habitat conservation, education, outreach, and advocacy initiatives.
- Champion the Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever mission and support related fundraising efforts.
- Organize and lead district and state meetings with chapters.
- B.A./B.S. in Marketing, Business, Wildlife Biology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience working with volunteers and fundraising is strongly preferred.
- A deep understanding of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s mission, model, and activities.
- Energetic, detail-oriented self-starter with a proven record of leadership and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences, from volunteers to team members.
- Demonstrated innovation and follow-through with ideas.
- Proven ability to engage with and inspire sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts.
