Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity? Phelps County Bank is hiring a Marketing Officer who can reach new customers through innovative campaigns and collaboration with our team of Employee-Owners.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Phelps County Bank’s brand awareness and expand our market share across various digital and traditional channels including video, radio, print ads, billboards, direct mail, and more.
• Look for growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Engage social media to tell our unique story, interact with the community, and be a positive voice in our community.
• Champion Phelps County Bank's voice and values, creating an emotional connection with both our current customers and potential new customers.
• Be an ambassador in our community through leadership, volunteer work, and a desire to give back.

What You'll Bring:

• A love for tackling challenges head-on.
• A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design, communications, or journalism.
• A minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in design, video editing, and the Adobe platform.
• A creative flair that sets you apart from the crowd.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• An eagerness to grow market share through business development.
• A heart for community involvement and willingness to volunteer.
