Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance work and coordinate tasks.
- Collect rent and process rent adjustments.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
- Generate and close work orders.
- Balance collections and prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain financial records and assist with budget preparation.
- Monitor expenses to ensure spending is within guidelines.
- Handle tenant relations, including leasing units and maintaining waiting lists.
- Address resident concerns and enforce property rules.
- Conduct property inspections and manage tenant files.
- Oversee recertification processes.
- Train and evaluate staff, recommend disciplinary actions, and ensure staff performance aligns with agency standards.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Social Science, or related field.
- 3 years of property management experience preferred.
- Certification as a Public Housing Manager within 12 months of employment.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Agency’s plan.
Technical Skills:
- Strong computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to learn other computer software programs as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
