The Director of Knowledge Management is a critical leadership role at Phenom, responsible for developing and executing the overall knowledge management strategy. This role will focus on creating a world-class learning experience for our customers and internal teams, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Phenom platform. This includes designing and delivering engaging training curriculum, building a robust knowledge base, and leveraging technology to maximize knowledge sharing and accessibility. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling knowledge management functions within a SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with Phenom's business objectives. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly reporting on the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
- Curriculum Design & Development : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of engaging and effective training programs for Phenom's software platform. This includes creating a variety of learning resources, such as online courses, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and interactive simulations
- Learning Platform Management : Oversee the administration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), Docebo, ensuring seamless user experience and effective tracking of learning progress
- Digital Adoption Platform Management : Leverage WalkMe to create in-app guidance and support, enhancing user onboarding and feature adoption. Develop and maintain WalkMe content to maximize its effectiveness.
- Knowledge Base Management : Develop and maintain a comprehensive and easily searchable knowledge base, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing knowledge management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Create an impact-driven environment with weekly, quarterly and annual metrics reporting
