Core Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and execute comprehensive demand generation and marketing campaigns across email, ads, webinars/virtual events, partner marketing, and more, aligning with our marketing goals and KPIs
- Collaborate closely within Marketing and with Sales to execute demand generation and campaigns
- Conduct planning and collaboration across multiple initiatives, including supporting the maintenance of our campaign calendar
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics including MQL generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns based on results
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce and Hubspot (including demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns, automation, and reporting)
- Able to create, review, and build complex contact and email lists in Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights
- Demonstrated success in building and executing email marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of database hygiene and best practices
- Exceptional email and campaign creation skills and editing
- Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills
- Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time
- An innate drive to be curious, learn, and apply those learnings in their day-to-day
- Passionate about being hands-on in their contribution and team execution
- 3 years of B2B demand generation experience, including SaaS
- Proven track record of executing and optimizing complex, multi-channel campaign environments

- Expected salary range $105,000 - $115,000
