Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated customer marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms like Pardot to build and optimize campaigns across email, webinars, and social media.
- Leverage tools like 6 sense for account targeting and personalization.
- Plan and manage webinars and virtual events using ON24 to engage customers effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Marketing teams to align messaging and goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance for continuous optimization.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, customer marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficiency in Pardot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
- Hands-on experience with ON24 or other webinar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Tax industry experience is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with 6sense and online advertising strategies.
