Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical processes and a keen eye for detail. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal products, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety and operational standards. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer as needed.
- Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings evenly to ensure consistent quality.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with warehouse duties including inventory management
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in auto body repair or auto painting preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience is an advantage.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
