Work Environment : Monday through Friday, 6am – 2 : 30pm
Job Summary :
The painter is responsible for powder coat painting of raw metal materials. Windsor has a fully automated powder spray system which coats the products. After the products are coated, they travel through an oven until fully cured. This individual sets the standard for quality units in the production areas
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Inspect units for quality per specifications using a variety of measurement tools
- Ability to mix and hand spray all products used
- Read and understand orders
- Learning different profiles, colors and other details related to the job
- Maintain spray equipment to meet operational standards
Requirements :
Physical Demands :
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical manufacturing environment. PPE requirements, respirator and Tyvek suit.
