Professional Home Health Care Agency, Inc. is currently looking for an Office Controller/ Home Health Aide for the Fayette Branch Office. The administrative professional must position strong organizational, office, and computer skills, and have to ability to work autonomously to ensure the continuity of the business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have a high school diploma.
· Minimum two years experience in administrative support and/or medical office preferred
· Be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including but not limited to Excel, Access, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
· Must possess good telephone skills, excellent written and verbal skills.
· Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
· Exhibit a high degree of dependability, initiative, energy & enthusiasm.
· Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel in all types of weather.
· Must possess the physical ability to perform essential job duties.
