Our client a global wine and spirits company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager with a proven track record in alcoholic beverage marketing. Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and executing consumer-centric brand plans, integrating social media and influencer marketing, digital strategies and retail/on premise initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales across all U.S. markets and channels. With a deep understanding of consumer dynamics, trade and sales drivers, this role will support brand growth in a highly competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual integrated brand plans designed to drive sustainable growth in line with strategic objectives, collaborating with PR, content, merchandising, sales teams and other internal stakeholders
• Create a streamlined brand planning process that aligns with established lead times to effectively meet business requirements and address the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Manage execution of disruptive, results-oriented social media, influencer, digital, merchandising and omnichannel programs that drive consumer engagement and bolster sales
• Act as a key strategic partner to the Global Director of Marketing, ensuring seamless project alignment, effective problem solving and timely progress updates
• Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the team and across departments
• Lead development and execution of social media and influencer strategies, creating engaging, conversion-focused content that enhances digital ad performance and strengthens social media presence
• Ensure a cohesive brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Collaborate with sales team to create effective tools that drive brand growth in all channels
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team by delivering tailored brand assets and innovative tools to drive engagement and maximize brand impact in the market
• Analyze consumer and market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities; utilize insights to inform decision making
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives; analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and brand performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications & Experience: • 7 years’ of marketing experience, with expertise in digital and earned media strategies • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand loyalty • Spirits industry knowledge, with understanding of both the US 3-Tier system and trade marketing Skills.
