Automotive Service Advisor - Internal / Entry Level

Phil Smith Acura continues to grow and is looking to add an Internal / Entry Level Service Advisor to our service department family.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between internal teams, including service technicians, parts departments, and management, to streamline service operations.
• Write internal service repair orders for new and used vehicles.
• Dispatch work to technicians and coordinate sublet repairs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing on repair orders.
• Oversee the reconditioning process to minimize vehicle downtime.

Qualifications:

• Prior advisor experience a plus, but not required, will train the right person.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills.
