Racquet Shops Attendant

About the Role:

The Racquet Shops Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience within our hospitality and recreation facilities. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring that all racquet-related equipment and merchandise are well-maintained and readily available. The attendant will also assist the full-time racquets staff in organizing events and activities that promote the use of our racquet facilities, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere. By maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, the attendant helps to foster a positive and engaging experience for all visitors. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to ensure that guests leave with a memorable experience that encourages them to return.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or recreation industry.
• Knowledge of racquet sports and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting racquet equipment and merchandise.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are displayed attractively.
• Organize and facilitate racquet-related events and activities for guests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the racquet shop and surrounding areas.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
