Position Summary

The EAF Administrative Seasonal Associate is responsible for providing overall administrative and logistical support in fundraising and will assist the EAF team in all areas of event execution, inclusion, and promotional activities. 

Reporting Relationships

The EAF Administrative Seasonal Associate will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and the development team.

 Position Responsibilities

  • Assist with all logistics and event details related to the Eagles Autism Challenge
  • Oversee merchandise order fulfillment.
  • Fulfill activation components for sponsors and top fundraisers, including appearance requests, donation items, and attendance at events.
  • Assist with running fundraising reports and entering donations into CRM Software
  • Work with EAC staff on maintaining event participant profiles in the CRM Software
  • Provide customer service support through the Eagles Autism Foundation general e-mail and phone line.
  • Execute all mailings – solicitations, donation requests, thank you letters, etc.
  • Create, input, & execute online auctions through CRM Software
  • Oversee & organize autographed memorabilia, merchandise inventory, and storage operations.
  • Assist with gameday responsibilities including coordinating EAF activations and donor experiences.
  • Sensory Room coverage for all Lincoln Financial Field events including nights and weekends (Eagles games, Temple games, concerts, etc.)
  • Assist with inclusive youth programs such as All Abilities Series, Jr. Cheer Clinic, Youth Football and Kids Club activities.
  • Assist with capturing and creating content at Eagles Autism Foundation events.
  • Support game day staff inclusion initiative.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

  • Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with efficient time management and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience or interest in working with the autism and special needs community across the lifespan.
