What are the responsibilities and job description for the Career Services Specialist position at Philadelphia Technician Training Institute?
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the Career Services team. This is a full time, professional position reporting directly to the Director of Career Services. This position may require some flexible hours.
The Career Services Specialist coordinates and assists in job search and placement for graduates and students, maintains confidential and detailed client and referral records, delivers and/or coordinates presentations, workshops, and seminars as appropriate to the position, evaluates and resolves student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensures appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Min 1 year Career Services, Employee Recruiting, or Business Development Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
