The Security Lead in Owensboro, KY will deliver security risk management activities for the business at the Owensboro sites, as directed by the Manufacturing Security Manager.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Assist in performing local security risk assessments and execution.
• Respond to and report security incidents as per the program requirements.
• Support the root cause analysis and security-related investigations.
• Assist in the delivery/supervision of safety training programs. Produce and keep up to date training records as per PMI requirements.
• Provide input to MSM for the security/safety briefs, alerts, instructions and refreshers.
• Assist in developing, implementing and testing emergency protocols to protect, people, business, assets, and reputation from natural and man-made disasters.
• Select, appoint, and manage local third-party service providers in conjunction with procurement and Security Management.
• Engage with local law enforcement and other relevant security stakeholders to develop a strong information sharing network.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; ability to apply data analytics to problem solving and to help form focused initiatives and work plans
• Strong critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to lead implementation of ideas through execution
• Proactive problem-solver requiring minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communications that may include public speaking and presentations, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience with project management and with demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines in various states of completion
• Ability to build and lead collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent vendor relations management including experience coordinating with creative agencies
• Proficient with all other Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 and OneDrive
• Ability to learn and use other internal software applications
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and security or safety audits.
• Familiar with supply-chain security standards (TAPA, C-TPAT)
• Understanding crisis management and emergency response best practice.
• Jr. College/ Professional School
• College/University, professional certifications and/or occupational trainings preferred.
• Minimum 3-years in corporate, operational security environment or related area.
• Legally Authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

Annual Base Salary Range: $79,700 - $106,200
