Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Shift Lead for 3rd shift at a client site in Hanson, KY. This position offers a pay rate of $17.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:
1 years of supervisor experience.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
Must be able to complete drug screen and criminal background check.
Excellent customer service skills.
Truck gate experience is a plus.
Must be able to multitask.
Security Shift Leads are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
A Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Lead must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
