Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned security professional with experience in supervising teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations at assigned client sites on designated shifts, reporting directly to site supervisors or Titan Management.
- Manage a team of security officers by participating in hiring and selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
- Ensure client sites receive top-notch security services to protect people and property.
- BUILD effective relationships with both clients and employees through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate necessary support services to manage client sites effectively, meeting financial and operational goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, logs, and other pertinent information.
- Address escalated security issues or emergency situations promptly and professionally.
- Develop staff in technical and professional skills through performance management and recognition programs.
- Establish a positive work environment by treating all staff members with respect and dignity.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years of prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license (as applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks is mandatory.
- Bi-lingual candidates are considered a plus.
