The Sr. Manager, Compensation will lead the development, implementation, and management of compensation strategies (for non-executive population) and programs across the United States. This role is critical in ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and HR teams.

Your ‘day To Day’
- Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies: Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive compensation programs, including base pay, sales incentive, and annual bonus.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain governance compensation policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Employee Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees understand the compensation programs and their benefits.
- Performance Management: Integrate compensation strategies with performance management systems to drive employee performance and organizational success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Legally Authorized to work in the US.
