Your ‘day To Day’

  • As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing communication, and supporting administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates, ensuring availability and a smooth scheduling process.
  • Assist with the creation, distribution, and tracking of offer letters while ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Assess the progress of background checks, identify any issues, and provide updates to the relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Welcome and escort candidates for on-site interviews, providing a positive experience, and assist with new hire onboarding by ensuring a seamless first-day process.
  • Generate and distribute key recruitment reports, tracking hiring metrics and trends to provide access to talent acquisition performance.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates and TA team members, including handling reimbursements and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Manage talent acquisition-related expenses, process vendor payments, and create purchase orders (POs) as needed to support hiring operations.
  • Assist in organizing and completing hiring events, particularly for high-volume recruiting initiatives, to support business hiring goals.
  • Support additional recruitment-related initiatives and special projects as needed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities, paying close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic reporting.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Annual Base Salary Range: $70,080-$87,600
