Your ‘day To Day’
- Lead the technical direction for specific Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects and features, providing guidance during daily stand-ups and technical discussions.
- Help establish and maintain development standards for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) practices, collaborating with architects on OSGI services and workflow implementations.
- Make key architectural decisions for team-level solutions, focusing on creating reusable components and templates that enable efficient content authoring.
- Contribute to headless content delivery strategy and oversee the development of APIs using AEM Content Services architecture.
- Mentor developers on AEM best practices through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Work closely with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions while participating in sprint planning.
- Provide technical leadership and support for complex AEM challenges within your team's scope.
- 4 years of experience architecting, building, and deploying solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) products, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) required
- Expert knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations required
- Thorough knowledge of AEM back-end development with OSGI services required
- Strong understanding of headless/decoupled CMS architectures and AEM Content Services
- Proficiency in developing AEM applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile environment
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
