Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Utilize our CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product offerings.
Skills
- Proficiency in Computer (Word/Outlook/Excel)software is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Experience in technology sales is highly desirable. Not required but a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Multi language is plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing best practices.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market.
