Customer Service / Order Fullfillment Specialist

Your role :

• Process Consumable orders via phone, mail, and fax.
• Review Purchase Orders for compliance with terms, policies and contractual agreements
• Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order
• Focal point for customer inquiries relating to all types in inquiries such as order pricing, order status, returns and product information for Patient Monitoring consumables and Capital Equipment​

You're the right fit if :

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred

2 years of business systems experience (ex : SalesForce, SAP, MS Office)

Previous experience in high volume environment with transactions inside sales, order entry, or customer service

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $23 to $27 hourly.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
