Your role :
- Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome materials, assisting with new hire orientations, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- HR Administration : Help with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance review forms.
- Employee Engagement : Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Training Support : Help coordinate training programs and track employee training progress.
- HR Reporting : Assist in preparing HR reports, such as attendance, turnover, and other metrics.
- Ad-hoc HR Projects : Assist with various HR projects as needed, including employee surveys, policy updates, and other departmental initiatives.
Qualification]
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You're the right fit if :
1. You are currently a student in 4th grade
2. (Big plus)You have relevant prior internship experience
3. You can commit 6 months for the internship
4. Can start internship in March.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This will be an office-based work.
