Instructional Designer, Hospital Patient Monitoring
As our Instructional Designer for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), you are responsible for designing and / or creating learning content to produce an exceptional interactive learning experience, meet the instructional intent and optimize delivery options.
Your role :
- Ensures that users of the Philips HPM solutions have the education they need to be successful.
- Gathers inputs, creates facilitator-led and digital course / curriculum outlines, and building engaging learning activities for Philips field and customers.
- Works with stakeholders across the business including those in the markets, product ownership, and end users, as well as the HPM education services team.
- Works cooperatively with instructional designers, delivery specialists, and subject matter experts to generate ideas for creating engaging learning activities.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $90,160 to $154,560.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
