As aPayrollSpecialistyou are responsible for the timely and accurate input of sensitivepayrolldataand the processing of employeepayroll. Answering employee and manager inquiries and resolvingpayrollissues in an expeditious and professional manner are also key aspects of this role. This position entails a high responsibility in terms of financial results, compliance and data privacy.
Your role :
- Perform accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies betweenpayrollsystems.
- Analyze audit reports forpayrollerrors and process off-cycle checks when needed.
- Provide support for HR, Benefits, Compensation, andPayrollfunctions, including employee inquiries and compliance reporting.
- Functioning as Subject Matter Expert with regard to all aspectspayrollsystem functionality, as well as, policies and procedures

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is from $23 to $36
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
