Your role :
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project clarity and alignment. Facilitate informed decision-making and foster collaborative relationships.
- Analyze clinical trial protocols and studies. Ensure regulatory adherence and recommend protocol optimizations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical development and market access strategies for NPI projects and post-market initiatives.
- Craft compliant Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), and clinical regulatory submissions. Use standard tools, procedures, templates, and external regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex clinical data collection and analysis issues. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across studies.
- Assess and analyze clinical study data. Support dissemination through abstracts, white papers, and peer-reviewed publications.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation :
The pay range for this position in Pittsburgh, PA is $116,200 to $199,200. The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $122,010 to $209,160. The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA, San Diego, CA or Bothell, WA is $130,144 to $223,104. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
