Junior Varsity (2nd team) Girls’ Lacrosse, Head Coach

Phillips Academy seeks a Head Coach for the girls' junior varsity(2nd) lacrosse program for Spring 2025.

Head Coach Responsibilities Include

Monday- Friday afternoon commitment from March 24 - May 16. Practices occur in late afternoon window (3:15 - 5 p.m.) with games on some Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Plans and executes team practices with JV2 assistant coach support which a focus on building fundamental skills and teaching game rules
• Coaches in all regular season games.

The Strongest Applicants Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Ability to positively motivate, inspire and be role model to students, on and off field.
• At least 2 years’ experience coaching at youth level.
• Lacrosse playing experience at high school, college or higher level.
