Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various clerical duties, customer support, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Utilize Google Suite effectively for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing office operations and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a personal assistant to senior staff when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records.
  • Support the medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient scheduling and communication.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace that promotes productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Previous experience in customer support or clerical roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • High level of computer literacy with a familiarity of office software and equipment.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
