Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests regarding housekeeping needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in industrial cleaning and custodial services.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
