Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for Full-time BDC Internet Sales Specialists. This position requires a 40 hour work week. Flexible day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday availability. You will have 1 day off during the week along with every Sunday off.
Must be able to work every Saturday.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- This position will be focused on Buying cars from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craiglist, etc. No travel outside the office will be required.
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)
- Team player attitude

- Must have strong computer skills
