Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for a Full-time Guest Relations Manager. This position requires a 40 hour work week Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for monitoring all daily incoming & outgoing phone calls to the dealership. You will be making sure all calls inbound/outbound meet our company standards to the fullest. This position involves handling any and all miscommunications with our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring all inbound/outbound calls to the dealership
- Returning missed calls
- Rectifying any issues or complaints
- Maintaining proper phone etiquette by all employees
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Must have strong computer skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
