Are you a financial virtuoso, a master of precision, who thrives on accuracy and efficiency? We're looking for a talented Accountant & Project Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our dynamic Hybrid division.
About the Role:
As our Hybrid Division's Financial Guru, you'll be the go-to lead for all accurate and timely processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. You'll collaborate closely with our Sales and Operations Managers, ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the Hybrid team. You'll also become our resident expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Your Role in Our Success:
- Independently manage the monthly flow of AP and AR transactions, including vendor payments, intercompany transactions, and customer invoicing, all within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Produce accurate monthly reconciliations of financial reports and ledger account balances
- Maintain detailed vendor and customer account profiles, including payment terms, banking information, and tax status
- Manage the Hybrid price list, including purchase, sales, inventory pricing, and vendor discount structures
- Receive and reconcile inventory in F&O, ensuring alignment with physical inventory
- Track fixed assets and post monthly depreciation
- Set up vendor purchase orders and customer sales orders, coordinating with the Hybrid Operations/Project Manager
- Develop a strong understanding of Hybrid products to ensure accuracy in order processing
Necessary Attributes to be Successful in this Role:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Inventory management and pricing in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Highly independent and adaptable, with a history of driving results in fast-growing companies through confident decision-making and proactive initiative
