Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter invoices into QuickBooks, resolve customer invoice or payment issues
Manage incoming vendor invoices in QuickBooks, help resolve vendor billing or payment issues
Collect, review and update customer information and process payments
Properly categorize expenses in QuickBooks
Organize and maintain vendor and customer files
Coordinate and track employee vacation requests, approvals and reporting
Manage employee time entry process
Process bi weekly payroll
Support HR Manager
Assisting with HR related requests from employees
Answer, screen, and direct callers and visitors to appropriate personnel
Respond to external information requests from vendors and customers
Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload. Ask for assistance when needed to complete tasks.
Filing, printing, scanning documentation and completing daily tasks
Assist office staff with daily production support activities
Maintain a clean work environment and professional appearance
Assist the office staff, plant supervisors and sales staff (as needed)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
