Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
We provide advice to corporate and individual clients regarding succession planning, tax planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation.
The Trusts & Estates Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Buffalo) with 4-6 years of experience in the areas of trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration and elder law. Drafting experience preferred (i.e., wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney and statutory gift riders). Experience in estate and trust administration, estate and trust accounting, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary income taxation and Surrogate Court proceedings also preferred.

Annual salary range for this position is $137,000-$153,000.
Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, or other job-related factors permitted by law.
